Lampshade Workshop Intermediate 2Days

Service Description

In this 2 full days workshop you will learn all the skills required to complete a traditionally handcrafted copperfoiled lamp shade that will be fitted to a base ready to go. Previous experience in glass cutting is essential. All materials are supplied including glass, copperfoil, solder, patina & polish. Your lamp base is also supplied! Closed in shoes/boots are a must! Aprons are supplied. Morning tea is provided both days along with tea & coffee. (please advise if you have allergies) Bring your own lunch, there is a fridge and a microwave available for you. Should you wish to stay in our beautiful Scenic Rim, there are a number of Air BNBs in the local area. A favourite of students is Mrs P’s Cottage which has 3 rooms and is located 6 klms from the studio. Create! It’s good for the soul.
